• You must be at least 18 years old to use Creosync.
• You may create an account to access the platform's features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Creosync is offered as a subscription service at $49 per month, plus any applicable taxes depending on your location.

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes before they take effect.

Creosync offers a 14-day free trial for new users.

• No automatic charges occur when the trial ends.
• You must manually subscribe to continue using the service after the trial period.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Access to the service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

All payments made to Creosync are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods, unused time, or cancelled accounts.

By using Creosync, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure
• Use the service to distribute spam or engage in harmful activities
• Resell or redistribute the service without our prior written permission

You are solely responsible for all data you store and manage within Creosync, including any data relating to third parties such as creators or contacts.

• You retain full ownership of the data and content you upload or create within Creosync.
• Creosync does not claim ownership over your content.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to store and manage any third-party data within the platform.

We aim to keep Creosync available at all times, but the service may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control. Creosync does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Creosync reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of misuse, abusive behavior, or illegal activity. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Creosync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creosync and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Creosync after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
